Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone using trackbag.eu (“Trackbag”), operated by [Operator name – fill in before launch] ([contact e-mail – fill in]). By using the site you agree to them.

1. The service#

Trackbag hosts profile pages of runners with their story, links and the gear they use. Viewing profiles is free. Athlete profiles are free and invite-only. Trackbag Analyze accounts are open to anyone and free.

2. Athlete accounts#

• Accounts are created only after an approved application.
• You must keep your password secret. We strongly recommend two-factor authentication.
• You are responsible for everything published on your profile and must follow the Athlete guidelines.
• By publishing content you grant Trackbag a free, non-exclusive licence to display it on the site and to share it on Trackbag’s social media with credit. You can withdraw it by deleting the content.
• You confirm you have the rights to the photos you upload (including the photographer’s consent).

3. Gear links and affiliate disclosure#

Gear links lead to third-party shops. Some links may be affiliate links, which means a commission may be paid when you buy. The price for you stays the same. Trackbag is not the seller and is not responsible for products, prices, availability or the shops’ terms.

4. Trackbag Pro#

• Trackbag Pro is an optional paid upgrade of an athlete profile for a fixed period. Price and period are agreed before payment.
• Pro profiles are shown more prominently and are always marked “★ Pro”. Pro never changes what gear an athlete lists or how it is described.
• Pro ends automatically at the end of the paid period. If we remove a profile for breaking these terms, Pro ends without a refund.

4b. Trackbag Analyze Pro (subscription)#

• Analyze Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. The current price is shown on the pricing page before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Manage subscription; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• A free trial, if offered, ends automatically and never charges you without a separate order.
• Right of withdrawal: as a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of the order. By starting to use Pro right away you agree that the service begins immediately; if you withdraw, we refund the price reduced by the part already provided.
• We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance by e-mail; they apply from the next period and you may cancel before then.
• AI outputs (analyses, plan drafts, taper suggestions) are generated automatically from your data, may contain mistakes and are not medical advice or a replacement for a coach.
• Complaints and billing questions: [contact e-mail – fill in]. We reply within 30 days. Consumers may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

5. What is not allowed#

• impersonating another person or publishing false information,
• illegal, misleading, offensive or harmful content,
• products banned in sport or dangerous to health,
• attempts to break, overload or bypass the security of the site.

6. Suspension and deletion#

We may hide or delete a profile that breaks these terms or the guidelines. You can ask to delete your account at any time.

7. Liability#

Profiles reflect the personal opinions of athletes. Gear recommendations are not professional, medical or nutritional advice. The site is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage arising from its use.

8. Governing law#

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We may change them; we will notify athletes about material changes by e-mail.
