Athlete guidelines
Effective from 23. 10. 2026
In short
- ✓List only gear you really use.
- ✓Mark sponsored items and affiliate links.
- ✓Real results, your own photos, clean sport.
- ✓Share extras like training only if you want to.
Trackbag works because people trust it. These rules keep it that way.
1. Only what you actually use
Add gear you really train or race in. No products you were just sent, have never tried, or would not buy yourself.
2. Your own words
A comment is optional – but if you write one, write it yourself. One honest sentence beats a paragraph of marketing.
3. Be open about sponsors
- If you have a sponsorship or get a product for free, say so in your bio or in the item comment (e.g. “Sponsored by…”).
- If you earn a commission from a link, tick “Affiliate link” on the item – it is shown on your profile.
- Check your sponsorship contracts. Don’t list competitors’ products if your contract doesn’t allow it.
4. Clean sport
No supplements or products on the WADA Prohibited List, and no health or performance claims you can’t back up.
5. Photos and facts
- Upload only photos you have the rights to.
- Personal bests must be real, official results.
6. Training and extras
Season goals, a training week, a race-day setup and shoe rotation are optional. Share only what you’re comfortable with – and nothing your coach or club wants kept private.
7. Respect
No offensive content, no attacks on other athletes or brands.
Breaking these rules can lead to hiding or removing the profile.
